How does booking work?

It’s simple: Post your event details. Talents send offers with pricing. Hire your favorite and pay securely. Your money stays protected until the event is done.

You pay at the time of booking. Funds are held safely in Updone and only released to the talent once your event is complete.

When do I get the talent’s contact details?

Right after you hire, the talent’s contact information is shared with you so you can coordinate directly. Your own details remain private, all communication stays in your control.

What if something goes wrong?

We’ve got your back. If there’s a no-show, cancellation, or issue with your event, our Refund Policy makes sure you’re covered.

What areas do you serve?

Updone currently serves Los Angeles & New York City, with more coming soon.
