When do I pay?

You pay at the time of booking. Funds are held safely in Updone and only released to the talent once your event is complete.

When do I get the talent’s contact details?

Accepted Answer

Right after you hire, the talent’s contact information is shared with you so you can coordinate directly. Your own details remain private, all communication stays in your control.

What if something goes wrong?

We’ve got your back. If there’s a no-show, cancellation, or issue with your event, our Refund Policy makes sure you’re covered.
